SUNNYVALE, Calif., Jan 30th, 2017 – Apurba wins a project to model heat characteristics of an automotive engine using Big Data analytics. This solution will create a data-driven thermal model of an engine based on nothing but a set of previously run ‘test runs’ using machine learning and Big Data analytics. Once the model is built, the model should be able to predict the exhaust temperate of the engine given a random combination of variables such as ignition time, fuel ratios, atmospheric variable such as barometric pressures, humidity, temperatures, etc.
